Greetings from warm Indonesia, it is with great pleasure to introduce our first web magazine issues of The Regencies. A unique digital magazine concept created by Indonesian adventure seekers and creative professionals to promote Indonesia from the bottoms up.
The Regencies offer a different perspective of how we view Indonesia, an archipelagic country blessed with diverse culture, amazing people, gorgeous landscape and abundant natural resources.
Our grassroots method of promoting many regencies in the country is also our market differentiation and unique feature. Having said that, let us start with what Lake Toba, North Sumatera has too offer in the first issue. Mentioned as the “Monaco of Asia” by President Jokowi, Lake Toba definitely caught our attention.

Start his adventurous career in media and publishing since 2003, although his education background was different and obviously not catering to the media industry he has chosen. He believes in will and courage to succeed, trying very hard to improve and add his experience in the media industry which caters to interesting segmentation such as Business, IT Enterprise and Lifestyle were definitely worth it. In 2014 until the present, Dondy has joined one of Indonesia’s leading digital entertainment publishing company as Assistant Sales Manager. He has been trusted to handle content marketing for some respectful local and international brand and institutions such as: Kepolisian RI, Kementrian Pertanian, Telkom, Bank BCA, Airy Rooms Brother Indonesia, Reservasi.com, Smarfren, Surya Utama Nusantara, Daihatsu Motor, Pembangunan Jaya Ancol and Universitas Parahyangan.
